Sunday 5 September EUROPEAN DAY OF JEWISH CULTURE. 10 AM Opening with free entrance to the Synagogue, the Lamp Museum, and the Silver Museum. 11 AM To celebrate the presentation of the book: Cento Lumi per Casale Monferrato, Skira' editions, Round table: Art, Judaism, Interpretation, with Stefano Levi Della Torre, Stefano Piantini, and Arturo Schwartz. Moderator: Maria Luisa Caffarelli. At the conclusion, Claudia De Benedetti will preview the contents of the exhibit Lumi di Casale, to open on 8 November 2010 in Paris at the Musee d'Art et d'Histoire du Judaisme. A copy of the book will be given to all of the artists of the Channukka', who will be present. Afternoon hours: free entrance with guided tours.
