The Jewish Community of Casale Monferrato promotes the accessibility of its museums at all levels.

The Jewish Museum of Casale Monferrato aims to be a space for development and access to knowledge for all. We promote the removal of physical, cultural, social, and sensory barriers to educate people about heritage. For this purpose, we collaborate with people, institutions, and associations; we develop dedicated routes and provide all information for facilitated access to museum spaces.

The Museum is accessible without architectural barriers on three levels of the entire tour route. It has an elevator from the ground floor to the basement and to the first floor (the second floor is inaccessible by elevator due to structural constraints). The Museum has a restroom for people with disabilities on the ground floor.

Website and App

The website is accessible, usable with screen readers, and allows the adjustment of readability settings. The site includes the AccessiWay widget, a technology that, through artificial intelligence and an accessibility interface, improves the usability of pages according to parameters set by the user.

The Casale Ebraica app is accessible, can be used with screen readers, and allows the adjustment of readability settings. The app offers information about the visit, the possibility to book visits and purchase tickets, and differentiated itineraries for different types of users.

Accessible Tours

The Museum offers its visitors accessible tours differentiated according to the type of user.
The tours are accessible through the Casale Ebraica app.
