Copper wire spools and cans

In line with her own personal style, the artist has only used recycled materials to create this lamp. Five copper wire spools are welded together on top of each other to form an undulated structure. Only the first, which acts as the base, is horizontal. The others are arranged at different angles, giving the impression of a state of unbalance. The spools support the candle holders, nine bevelled cans arranged at different heights. The ninth lamp, the shamash, is set apart from the others, at the bottom of the metal construction.
