This work is based on a simple structure: a single candle standing on the base is joined by eight very thin-shaped and machined stainless steel bars to eight rectangular mirrors at the back, arranged in a semi-circle. The mirrors can swivel about the rear central axis. There is only one candle, the shamash, in the geometric focus whose light is reflected in the eight mirrors it is connected to.
