Wood and brushes

The work is a readymade piece that expresses the artist’s philosophy. The black base holds a wood rectangle, originally part of a wardrobe, with a circular floral decoration of various metals. On top, the rectangle has a decorated section, also in wood, which holds nine brushes, all different from each other and with slightly different heights, dirty with coloured paint, used by the artist himself, which seem to move upwards like flames. The shamash stands out at the center being the longest and having the most symmetrical shape.
