Terracotta
The lamp is a wheel made of natural terracotta. On the surface there are eight arrows pointing from the centre outwards. The eight candles are arranged around the edge. The ninth, the shamash, is at the centre where, in the eyes of the artist, its fullness, the essence, the energy that is in all things, is achieved in the rotational motion.
