Plexiglas with acetate and fluorescent/phosphorescent paint
Olfi, Cologno Monzese

The lamp consists of eight small Plexiglas panels on which the artist has drawn small signs and incisions using acetate and fluorescent paint. Light sources charge and lend meaning to the structure, as the neon light is reflected at different angles in the glass panels. The ninth light, the shamash, is implicitly represented by the light of the sun, as it charges the designs by day and makes them luminescent in the dark.
