A flat rectangular base supports the structure made of MDF (Medium Density Fibreboard). The branches of the lamp meet and intersect and are painted in small sections using bright, vivid acrylics. The force of the colours is duplicated, differing on the two sides of the work. The ninth lamp, the shamash, is at the side, some distance from the other lights.
