Ceramic pottery
Ceramica Gatti, Faenza

This work is reminiscent of the style of Menorahs typical of the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries. The blue ceramic main body is vaguely pyramid-shaped and consists of nine tubular elements, shorter at the sides and growing taller towards the middle. The nine candles are placed at the top of these. The tallest element at the center is the shamash. The blue ceramic base is sprayed with white and features an irregular border that opens upwards and contains the nine tubular elements corresponding to the candles.
